Operator and eligibility
random.pizza is operated by Excellent Software, LLC. Account holders and recipients must be at least 18 years old.
Product
The service helps senders maintain personal and customer relationships by offering one standard cheese pizza. The recipient knowingly accepts before fulfillment begins.
Sender rules
Senders must know the recipient and may not use random.pizza for harassment, coercion, debt collection, political messaging, unsolicited marketing, or purchased lists.
Subscriptions and pizza charges
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled online. A gift commitment is not a pizza charge. The disclosed pizza charge occurs only after recipient acceptance, fulfillment approval, and payment processing.
Fulfillment and food
MVP fulfillment uses manual ordering through approved DoorDash business/gifting workflows or direct restaurant ordering. random.pizza does not verify allergen-free preparation.
Refunds and credits
No discretionary refunds apply after fulfillment begins except where required by law. If random.pizza charges and then cannot provide the ordered service, it will refund the charge or provide a customer-selected credit.
